Partnerships & Pilots

From interest to a bounded, reviewable partnership objective

A useful partnership begins with a clearly scoped question rather than a broad claim. Medi-Galaxy can support demonstrations and pilot planning across simulation, Academy learning, drills, monitoring workflows, human input, explainability, and preparedness research.

Medi-Galaxy partner-ready pathway visual

1. Define the objective

Identify the problem or opportunity: simulation research, structured training, drill design, monitoring and human-input research, explainability, infrastructure, or technical validation planning.

2. Define the bounded activity

  • Select the relevant scenarios, workflows, user groups, and represented mission conditions.
  • Specify what will be demonstrated or studied and what will remain out of scope.
  • Agree on evidence, outputs, review criteria, and limitations before interpreting results.

3. Review and decide next steps

Use the resulting artifacts to support technical discussion, grant milestones, further research, refinement, or a subsequent pilot. A successful demonstration should answer its stated question rather than be treated as proof of unrelated clinical or operational claims.

Responsible scope: A partnership, pilot, grant, demonstration, or technical evaluation should not be described as clinical validation, regulatory approval, government endorsement, or operational adoption unless those facts are separately established.
